Completeness check of REACH registration dossiers – changes from 1 June 2023 (!)

ECHA planned to update its completeness check rules as of 1 May 2023. We reported here.
However, the new rules will, as it has now been announced, only come into force on 1 June 2023, due to delays in the IUCLID release.
