Completeness Check of REACH Registration Dossiers - Changes starting May 1, 2023

ECHA will update its rules in the Completeness Check as of May 1, 2023.
Background are the changed requirements from the regulations
•    Commission Regulation (EU) 2021/979 of 17 June 2021,
•    Commission Regulation (EU) 2022/477 of 24 March 2022,
ECHA Board of Appeal decisions on information requirements concerning aquatic toxicity and degradation as well as shortcomings in use descriptions identified by ECHA.
