Works outing 2026

On this year’s company outing, after a tasting at the Freiburg delicatessen Hakuna Matata, we immersed ourselves in the world of Freiburg Cathedral. After taking in the panoramic view from the tower, we marveled at the stonemasons’ craftsmanship during a guided tour of the cathedral workshop, saw firsthand the safety measures in place for the stonemasons at work, and learned that lead is still used today as joint filler to hold the 800-year-old structure together. It was a wonderful day, and we successfully braved the rainy weather with the right gear.
