Change of information requirements under REACH

Two EU regulations were passed within a short period of time, both bringing changes to the information requirements of the REACH regulation (Regulation (EC) 1907/2006). Regulation (EC) 2021/979 of 17 June 2021 applies since 8 January 2022. Regulation (EC) 2022/477 of 24 March 2022 will apply from 14 October 2022. Both regulations bring changes regarding the REACH Annexes. ECHA plans to update relevant guidance documents in the second half of 2022. Registrants are requested to revise their registrations accordingly.
